Alibi

A game by Lumira Labs

Alibi

Someone in this house is lying. Read every suspect's statement, work out where each of them stood, and place them on the floor plan. The one who shared the victim's room is the murderer.

No timers. No luck. Just deduction.

The Alibi board with suspects placed on the floor plan The clues that pin a suspect to their square The accusation screen: who killed the victim?

How it plays

Read the statements

Every suspect says where they stood: a row, a room, a piece of furniture, who they were next to. None of them lie.

Place each one

Cross-check the statements and put everyone on the floor plan, square by square.

Name the murderer

Only one shared the victim's room. Every case has exactly one solution — it can always be reasoned out.

Three tiers, three kinds of thinking

Easy

5 suspects and direct clues only. Correct placements confirm themselves while you learn the ropes.

Medium

7 suspects, plus negative clues (“there was no chair next to her”) and suspects who name each other.

Hard

9 suspects on the largest floor plans, with the trickiest clue mixes.

Ten floor plans, twelve suspects

A lakeside villa, a riverboat, a grand hotel, an art museum, a penthouse and more — each with its own rooms, furniture and geometry. Twelve illustrated characters rotate through the cases.

Stuck? Reveal a suspect and the game shows you the exact clues that pin them to that square — the hint teaches instead of just solving.
